Peter, that's a nice SBS on making desert palm trees...great for John R as he's looking to do some for his next project.

My palm trees are a similar preparation except I don't use wire for the trunks.

Richard having seen Peters I shall leave mine until this is in the past :smiling3: Better than mine as I used super glue to stick down the wire on to the pc paper.

Peter, fantastic looking palm tree ....the texture of the tree with the clay that you made is top notch. What tool did you use to do the sculpting with?

Hi Joe, I thought I had mentioned it but no :flushed:, I used curved nail scissors and started from the top using a shipping motion down the trunk.
