1:350 Tamiya HMS Prince of Wales with extras

This is my first build log so you guys watching this. I started building POW the week after new year so i haven't done much on the kit. I will upload some pics of the work i have done so far. Unfortunately the site is not letting anybody upload pictures but i'm sure the people who run the site are on the case.

Anyway as soon as we are available to up load the pics i will be on it like a cat on a mouse.

Looking forward to this, saw your photos that disappeared last night, looked good, one question I had, where did you get the PE locker hatches. Cheers Derek

the fore deck work in progress as you can see i have painstakingly scraped and sanded all the deck lines to allow for better adhesion for the hunters wooden veneer deck. still a lot of brass work to go on but looks ok for a start

some of the deck parts complete the deck splash isn't complete yet and my very first attempt at a photo etch box structure which i think is quite good the next ones i will try and solder but i have never done that before so that will be trial and error

one of the main lifeboats still needs the tiny box structure building which i was talking about soldering rather than gluing
