an here it is an it goes mainly ok but on one gear has a high point an jumps slightly but im hopin it will bed in when its been goin round a few thound times
well im ive done most of the work on that top radar so its down now to the halfway mark to fit on the navigation radar which is a bit smaller but first ive got to find an fit the right gears from those below
That looks incredibly complex Chris. Nice work on the Radar array workings.
Cheers
Paul
HI Paul yes it is a bit complex but im enjoyin doin this but got to be carefull how I handle the whole affair as its a bit fragile at the moment an cheers for lookin in
chris
the mountin for said radar has to to go off the mast at a 45 degree angle so ive had to cut through one of the main spars for the r- shaft to fit to the yellow crown gear that goin to power it an it will all just unscew an lift off
front view as there as got to be an awefull lot of masts an sensorer an white steamin lights an red anti collishion lights still to be fitted but cant build them yet as im waitin for the brass rod comin from ebay
an here ive fineally sorted out what gears I will need an just for now till tomorrow laid them on an again the gear units will be built in but all will be removeable in case any gear start slippin
