uss 445 Frank Fletcher, scale 1.144

Hello. Santa Claus was verry good wit me and my son. Look what he got!

I left him for two weeks to build the ship ,and I came when therailings of the ship had to be naked witha thin cord. I did it melting and laying the spare plastic frames. It is not finish , I still have some paintings to do and I am waiting for my 1:144,scale figures. It is so hard to find this kind of figures. I will Ned to improvise. But ,,until then... Luck the pictures....

Nicely done, you must be proud of your son. The railings look great.

Your son looks like he is well into that build. Great that you can work together.

Looking really good, I hadn't realised just how big this kit is. I always related 1.144 scale as being on the small side.

                    I stand corrected.

A credit to your son and yourself on a great build!

Ojays, that is what I thought when I first saw this thread, then I remembered that the one I am building is 1/350 and is still 53cm long.
