I've recently tried to get to grasp with what, why and how they score/judge the models on a competition and apart from failing miserably getting som understanding it seems it's all down to personal preference to each judge and not some well defined rules and guidelines. So not winning doesn't mean not good enough - just something else...
I do wonder how many modellers "careers" have been broken by competitions?
I still think the real winners are the modellers who're happy with their models and can watch them every day at home! Like yours Steve!Comment
