What an interesting and useful site. I have listed some for future models.

Now "New" from Revell............................

Now - this is the reboxing of the Zvezda 7297 Su-33. I would advise comparing the cost of the Revell vs the Zvezda - for what is the same plastic.

Hello dave,
Good to see the site come alive again.
Talking of wire wheels a WW1 aircraft modelmaker called Harry Woodman worked out how to make your own wire wheels using a disc of card and thin copper wire for bi-planes. I gave it a try, and it works in all scales. This was to be the start of a Lanchester Armoured Car, that never got off the ground, it required cleaning up when being built but the basics are there. But now that I have more time....
Keep up the good work on the site.
Cheers, Mike.

After a blitz last week from MiniArt - all quiet for the moment
On the ICM Facebook page 'July Release'

Still not sure why ICM have gone for 1/24 - surely 1/35 would have been more popular?

They do 1/16th of the leader too ( and looks like revell will be reboxing it )
There were s.w.a.t. guys from Dragon in 1/35th a while ago. ( now at silly prices e.g. https://www.amazon.co.uk/DML6502-Dra.../dp/B00LFVUOK4 )
I bought the russian spetznaz team at the time.Comment

Something a bit different from a link on the IBG Model Facebook page. A joint how-to video on YouTube from IBG Models & Hataka paints -- Painting the IBG TK -- it's in Polish, ( with English subtitles, thankfully! ), on painting their just released 1/35 TKM. It's always interesting to see how other modellers handle things!

Not at all to my taste, I hope that MiniArt have done their market research on the what if/fantasy genre

Following a thread, I came across this..................* Boxer *
Interesting. At the moment there are 3 1/35 models available, the HobbyBoss version ( apparently based on a preproduction vehicle ), and Revell with a std vehicle and an ambulance version. The Boxer has a 'mission module' ( swappable body! ) - I believe the Australian version will have a gun turret. This is a very big beast 8m x 3m x 2.5m high and around 35 tonnes!!
