On the Takom Facebook page - a teaser............................................

"as announced a couple weeks ago, Takom is preparing a new Blitz line of more efficient model kits. Look for this logo when we announce new items, starting with no.8001 at the end of this month......"
No idea what 'more efficient' means

People who have a kit of a T-34-85 with the early style of roadwheels, who want to represent a later (updated) version, I suppose.Comment

That bus has been available on SMS for a couple of weeks now I think. I was looking at it as something a bit different to try but went for the T-28 instead.Comment

Those parts look better than on the (few) other Roden kits I’ve built. I wonder if they have just as few locating pins, though.Comment

having built the Airfix one about 3 years ago with my grandson, I'd say with the breakdown of parts it looks like exactly a reduced version of it

this highlights the clash/crossover between Aeroplane modellers at 1/32 and armour or soldier modellers at 1/35 scale.
Presumably this is aimed at the latter.
I have the Bronco Horsa glider in 1/35, but if I wanted a Dakota(or a Stirling, even .....) to tow it-is there such a thing at 1/35?
All the relevant British airborne figures are 1/35 so that at least makes sense.
