Heres a very interesting list I found on another site. It lists the proposed releases of most of the kit makers for 2014 . Theres some amazing subjects being kitted at last and a few pleasant surprises. (1/48 Westland Whirlwind from trumpeter , that should sell like hot cakes!! ) Personally I got really giddy at the thought of the 1/48 SU 9 , SU 11 , PLA JL9 and the DH Hornets (again from trumpy) , as well as the Supermarine Swift from Airfix. It really seems we are in a golden age where subjects that would only have seen the light of day in limited release vac form are being kitted by major players , and we should be glad of it!! heres the list (btw. i cant be held responsible for any unplanned overspends or rabid squirrelling of kits into stashes LOL!!!) cheers tony http://modelairplaneinternational.com/2014/01/30/2014-kit-releases-update/

Some interesting kits there. The Swift and BV141 will probably make it into my stash.Ive read rumours of a Russian manufacturer producing a 1/48 Do17.Possibly the old Classic Airframes kit. That one I will Definately get.Im still waiting for the 1/48 Fairy Battle and Bristol Beaufort that Special Hobby were supposed to be producing in 2012.Comment
