How do I add a permament "signature" end to my post?

I think the title says it all, I just can't find a way of doing it.

Keith ,its just a case of hovering over your name on the top right of the page (next to the inbox and alerts buttons) this will bring up a sub menu for your profile page ,one of the categories is 'signature' , click on that and away you go , cheers tony

Okay thanks for that, the software was obviously written long before the age of iPads. I'll just have to blow the cobwebs off the laptop and fire it up, then it can go back in the cupboard. I'm pretty certain tablets can't hover.

Well yes, of course, that is how I set up my profile. However there is nothing there for "signature".

On the left hand side of the drop box the second one down is "signature" right below "Personal Details"

Strange because that is not on my one. After Personal Details it is Contact Details. Signature is not mentioned anywhere. How odd.

Well, how about that "Update your status" , what's that all about? Nothing happens when I type stuff into it, it doesn't appear anywhere.

Touch your name in the top right of your page and a list comes down, signature is second on the list
