Mini electric paint mixers, are they any good?

Have already bought one of these, but not used it yet...

Are they any good? I know, I probably should have asked before I bought one, but you know, late nights, a couple of beers and the t'internet, and stuff turns up on your doorstep!

I bought one of these years ago and use it regularly. It works well but mine interferes with the telly!

I never took to them. You can pick up cheaper coffee frothers that do the same job with some modification to the end.

I made a wire mixer. Twisted some wire and left a small loop at the end. I twiddle the improvised wire thingy in the paint to mix the paint/thinner medium and jobs a good un!! Yeah ok - cheapskate!!!!
