Are they plastic wheelsets? Eeek! They're no use if you were going to make this a motorised.On the bench: Airfix 1/48 Sea King HC4, Revell 1/24 Trabant.

Was thinking of using a large drinking straw But I didn't think it looked right

Smart idea to do this derelict the one side and restored the other. Had thought of doing it with a car but this is a much better subject.
