discussion My First Gundam Kit

I thought I'd have a go at building a Gundam kit as I'd never done one before, I've got a few more bits to fit including the weapons. The kit is HG 1/144 scale Duel Blitz Gundam, I did use a bit of Tamiya extra thin on a couple of spots.

I've probably gone way over the top with the weathering but I was trying out different techniques before starting my Perfect Grade 1/60 kit.

Items used were....

Vallejo chocolate brown, AK weathering pencils, Tamiya weathering master sets and AK real color markers and AK playmarkers for the weapons (not photographed yet)

Always fancied a go at one of these. I have built some of their Star Wars models and they are superb.

This is strange, when I log in on my phone the photos are showing, but if I look at my thread without logging in the photos aren't showing. When I check this thread on my tablet the photos are showing without logging in.
