Here we go again. I should do this for a living now lol. Oddly the front bumper is almost identical to an R34 skyline bumper

Just prepped I did need to chop the front and rear wheel arches for the over fenders to fit

i considered grafting a full R34 front end on but there's way too much of a difference from aoshima to tamiya but may be a future project

OMFG the bumpers are a bitch to fit on this back bumper took ages to remotely fit correctly trying to get it align with the over fenders grrrrrrrr

i was actually looking at this thing from the back, it has a very fat backside with the bigger arches almost as fat as mine 🤭

Windows installed and rear lights completed. Tip. When doing any lenses go around the edges with a black Sharpie as replicates the rubber seal very well

omg the front light lenses are a bit of a nightmare comes in three pieces each side and getting everything to line up is a mission pics soon

That looks the business and the front lights look good, would not have realised the fun you had fitting them.

With metallics what primer do you use? Decades ago I used to use a gold base coat for metallics and candies. In the edges the gold used to start to show through and take your eye to the complex shapes..
