discussion Aircraft Carrier Deck Markings

I am planning to do a series of carrier borne aircraft ... Buccaneer, Sea Harrier & F35B ... All 809 sqn. I would want to have them all on a patch of deck on the 'runway/landing' markings of each carrier ... Ark Royal, Invincible & Queen Elizabeth. Does anyone know where I could be drawings of these ... even stencils/decals .... or any info on how to replicate them? (not sure if technically this should be in ship modelling
)

Try looking up "Coastal Kits Display Bases". They have some good stuff and certainly have carrier decks.

I have an unopened Noy's Miniatures 1/48 HMS Glory Deck (Korean War) deck sheet that I won't use; so if you'd like it I'll pack it and send it to you - free of charge of course! If you say 'yes' PM me your address and I'll dispatch it once I'm back from school in a week or so!

HI MATE im building uss hornet CV8 with runway lights an B25 aircraft on in 1/200 scale so what scale will you be doin on your flight decks ?

1/48 ... Sorry should have said. It would need to be the red 'dashed' landing lines on the 70s Ark Royal for the Bucc... not sure what korean war era decks looked like ... and the continuous white and black lines of the STOVL carriers. I will certainly take a look at the Coastal kits site.
