I have never been keen on cold showers, since being on my own for 25 years and following a problem with the old prostate
I now don't have to worry about any side effects .

So with this weather I thought I would give it a go and found it really does cool you down for awhile.
Anyone else tried it ??

Oh definatly

Another trick is to have the cold tap running over your wrists.... 'Cools the blood' alledgedly but does work
