THANKS Joe but took a lot of grindind down to get it to fit as it sat as high as hell
You did a good job, it is flush and no-one would ever notice
HI GUYS
WELL them decalls are not looking to hopefull as i applided that micosol on them an waited 20 mins an then put just one in the warm water an i had just the the first one splinter into several bit so treid again an the second one just parted into half so i managded to get it on the engine an the repostion it till it was straight but the next one splinted again so not lookin to good on these decals an i looked closey at the big star an bar an if you zoom in on it the cracks can be seen so will have to see if i can find some more decals if they all go pear shape oh dear an a pic of that big decal an zoom in an the cracks can be seen

An here im fittining that engine red decal an not great so im painting them on now an one is still drying 
but i think some one said they maybe be able to use a scanner an print me some off cant remember who though ? AN I'LL GLADLY PAY

WELL them decalls are a flop as painted them with microsol liquid an it did no good as tested a few small decalls that i dint want an the result was the decalls all just fell apart SO IM GOIN to put the plane on hold untill i can go to hannants an ask them if they have any decalls that are near to my decalls but i will light her up so you guys can see her till then this thread is on hold

HI GUYS well Hannants to the recscuse been up there most of the day as jen phoned them up an asked if they had an hustler decals an they said yes so went up to hannants an paid for them an brought them home so panic over

Great that you got the decals chris , i knew the old Monogram decals would probably be dodgy , ive had loads of older monogram stuff and 90% of the time the decals are cracked and break up like yours . If you can get the monogram toolings in a Revell reboxing then theres no problem as the Revell decals are always good .

HI John yes but still an hr journey but a nice day out for a drive an jen enjoyed it exsceptin for when we nr got write off by the idiots on the rd but in hannants its like a moddelers wonderland as there was some nice B52 KITS in 1/72 scale THERE what i fancied but thounds of kits an i dint see half of them

AN hi Tony yes i was gettin pretty peed of with them old monogram decals but when ive fitted on the new ones on the plane im goin to fit in water them old ones just to see how i would have ended up

I am surprised Chris that you had problems with the decal film. If left to dry it forms a skin over the decal and should have done the job. In any event you have got it sorted which is the main thing.
Glad you managed to source replacement decals. Cartograph are usually good. Hustler is looking great.
