well having acouple of days away for my base for the SU-85,


So started this one,for some think different,and is my first real sifi build as well,


so far no build problem,s and enjoying its,have the pod part mostly done,and started the two engines,as well,


with do have a lot of pipes and so on added ,I do real like the detail with the engines,with there detail,

I can see. the Force is strong with you, my young padawan!

watch out for that screen cos it will not fit and you will have to scratch one from something.......and dont forget the decals dont go on in the order the instructions show, you will have to think ahead to get it right

real do like the detail on the engines,I think thats what pulled me in,can have fun with them, 9_9


all,s been good so far,and will have to take care coming up to the screen,and decals as Paul,has pointed out,

well been working on the engines from yesterday morning along with doing the gardening as well,


plus a lot more and had to go out all day today untill 5pm,but to tired to do any work to nite,so ,


just watch the walking dead then sleep,oh how I love having a nap,


as you can see from the pics most detail on the engines,is molded in with only a few added pipes


hear and there,real like how they look,


well hope you like my progress,so far,off to cook dinner, :/

have some color on it,I know looks a bit of a mess ,but with blending and added,


metal,brass,copper will all come together, :/

been and copied n pasted from my wip thread elsewhere....hope this helps....but dont take my word for it, was just my expirience when building it


you would think you would put decal number 1 (and its opposite number 7) on first.....specially since they are the ones that go at the front of the stripes..........but 6 and 8 have to go on first so the yellow bits on 1 and 7 over lap!......shame they dont say this on the instructions...........but ive got a plan to bodge round it although i will have to trim a bit off the stripes

Very nice detail on the engines there, and great work on the pod too, looks almost like a small car.
