I'm so excited we pick it up Tuesday evening (our old car is the same just 2 door and squeeze green) we're getting the xguard pack which protects the paintwork and interior it's only done 3047 miles and is like a new car, we both love it, I especially love the colour my missus chose the last one (not that I didn't like it but blue is my favourite colour)

No they wanted a grand more for that and I thought our old one was a little under powered at times so a 1 liter would be even more underpowered ( not that I drive fast just up hill is a bit lacking)

Nice colour - same as mine! Hope you haven't got the built-in satnav - it's rubbish.

Actually it was what we thought a bonus, ours told us we had reached our destination 9 miles away we had to phone them

What was your old one, the 1.25? The 1.0 ecoboost actually has 20bhp more. :)

I recently changed from a straight six BMW 328 to the 100ps ecoboost. I'm missing the power of the BM, but loving the economy from the little Ford. Plus free road tax is nice. :D

I like the blue you've chosen there Ken, very smart. Those royal and deeper blues polish up very nicely.

Thanks Joe yes we love the colour, Bob ours was the 1.25 I'm surprised a smaller engine has more power, how did they do that, wish I'd known that.

The 1.25 is quite old tech, plus the 1.0 is turbocharged. They also do a 125 ps 1.0 litre, but the 100 ps is more economical.

I test drove one and asked the salesman if it was a 1.6 or a 1.8 - I was gobsmacked when he told me it was 1.0!
Mine's a 1.5 diesel though, does around 66 mpg.

I had a fiesta in 2009 when they just got bigger, I loved it, but I like Fords, I'm sure you will enjoy it, and you don't have to wait long, I ordered a new car 4 months back, I've still got to wait till the end of June before I get it.

Well those luxury cars are in high demand, what is it, a roller or mabey a Bentley, no I think you're probably an Aston type man.

Oh well there you go, those Swedish engineers are over fussy about the details, at least you know when you get it it will be perfect.
