SimonT - Tamiya 1:35 Sturmmorser Tiger (AAGB)

A thought just occurred to me: are you going to build 1:1 scale ammunition for this one too? :)

Thanks Scottie - getting there, slowly

Jakko - now that would be an impressive display piece, especially if weighted. A length of HDPE gas main might make a good starting point, or an old chimney pot

You do realise Simon may well attempt this now you've provided the instructions, as for a propellant I shudder to think, newts blood or bat. !

Hi Steve - kit version a little simplified to aid moulding and a bit weedy looking compared to photos of real thing

I had this same problem on my 1/87 scale Morser. Ended up rebuilding it also. Yours is coming along nicely Mr. T. Rick H.

Bet that was fun in small scale Rick

Scrapped mine - wasn't happy with it. Dried a bit wonky.

Mk2 version

Morning Simon
That looks good, mind you mk1 looked good to me. Must have been a long job judging by the time you posted the finished effort :rolling:
Stay safe.
Jim

Simon I spy that nice mitre cutter that Allen has just got.No doubt used to make the crane

Thanks all - still needs work but I think Mk2 may survive

John - morning. Yes it is the RPT cutter, bought from John at the shop. Rather expensive but a very nice piece of kit and much better than the Cutter. Used it to make the arm with the 45deg angle on the end
