An firstly can anybody tell me looking down from top veiw which way the main rotars go clockwise or anticlockwise an the same lookin at the tail rotar from side view where rotar faces you ?
AN today ive been studying firstly why i have 2 sets of main rotars is it because some are made to be in the folded position ? an so far today ive made a collet fitted with a allen key screw fit tightly to the tiny motorgearbox an it revolses about 20 rpm but tomorrow got to see if i can get the rotor head to fix to the the collet so when the main rotar blades are fitted i can just undo the allen screw an remove the main rotars so got to have a think an be carefull i dont damage the rotar head but im goin to try an usein a 1mm drill bit to drill the head through to the collet an then fit some brass rod in an gluded in place so the the rotar head cant fly off wish me luck lol

HI Scottie yea so am i but ive got to think ahead regards if i do such an such a thing will it cause problems in further along in the build so see how i get on tomorrow fitting that rotar head to the collet just got to hope i dont break the 1mm drill bit off in the hole as thats happened to me before an nice to see you SIR

HI again guys another small update well ive been working on fixing the main rotar mounting to a collett an its now done but the ole tickker was a goin fast as i dont have any spare parts for this main rotar so could not afford to screw it up an ive drilled it out with a 1mm drill bit too fit in the rotor head two holes into the collet so i could glue it an fit two X 1mm brass rods through the rotor head an into the collett so it cant come off due to to g- forces of the spining an its goin faster than i thought at least 40 rpm now an a pic of the last pin i have fitted before i cut it off an file it down smooth
an fitted on the collet ok an now ready to insert the allen grub screw into its thread an the motorgearbox beside it an if you look closely one of the brass rods can be seen as i drilled right through the collett top left 
an now you can see the nice small size of it compared to my finger tip so this should fit nicely into the seaking helo but must remember to tilt it slighty forward to give to rotar blades the tilt to miss the rear fusealarge
An rotars blades just pushed into their houseing to see if its all ok an it is so the blades will be removed so i can mount the motor in the chopper

That's a lovely bit of work mate. Should be nice and secure when you fire the blades up.
HI Scottie yes im pleased with how the rotar head fixed to the collett as i dont want it flying off an hit somone in a model show an should look good with the rotars goin as the public liked my merlin on norfolk

An hi Rick yea operational chopper hopefully im goin to do something different on this one though an thats get it all goin an then fit in a tiny hinge where the rear tail rotar swings round for storeage like the real thing as that way the tail rotars wont get broke in transport an glad you like progress so far

HI Gerry glad you likeing the hello work an yes i will no doubt as when i have the merlin goin sevaral people exspect it to take off but i just say its a model not meant to fly an just a reperentataion but im lookin forward to wirein it up

LEFT the chopper for the day today as my new ESC has arrived yesterday an im itchin to fit it in an now it is an its a fleet ESC never heard on them before but by gum its powerfull at 32 amps so with my other 30 ampers ive now got 62 amps worth of power an WOW talk about GO an ive only opened it up to half throttle an WOW what power but i think i have a bad connection somewhere as it cut out for a second but the other one dint so i may rewire all the heavyduty wire an rework it an pic of it beside the ELETRONIZE ESC

HI Jim yes the build is comin on an changeing with this new ESC WOW what a bit of kit an just running it at half throttle i can tell how powerfull it is by just listening to it darent touch the props as it would have my fingers off

Chris you put the rest of us to shame with this build, is there no end to your talents. Motors in choppers, complete with lights ! What ever next . Nothing would suprise me .
AN HI John well i like to try an do the best i can on any thing that may have a chance at bein made to work an to me its brings the model to life an all you guys builds i find facinnating even if they dont work but i love looking at you dios John an all the other guys what they dream up that why i think this is the best forum goin

HI ALL a little more on the seaking motor an fixing in place but first had to ues a shape finder to find out the motor mounting holder shape to make up
