Nice selection of stuff there Nick, you certainly seem to discover a lot of shows around you! :)
I've had one of those static grass applicators for a few years and have never got on with it :( .... let me know how you manage please, it's bound to be something I'm doing wrong!! ;)

Our Club exhibits at as many shows as possible in the S.E. so being on site with traders an hour before the public arrives.......is fatal

I made one out of a tea strainer and an electronic fly swatter a few years ago Andy. Works OK, but you do need to Earth the base to the unit to get it to work well. The working height isn’t that large either around six inches I seem to remember. I’ve since bought a stronger “flock box” type, and that mostly flocks my arms when I’m using it :tongue-out3:

Yum, yum - just don't have the necessary skills :sad-face:
Steve
I’m going to join the GB and I’m a biplane virgin so to speak too :tears-of-joy:

Give it a go Steve, what’s the worst that can happen  unless you decide to try to build a very rare WNWs biplane :confounded:

Geoff.

I have read that some people connect the old Hornby 12v train set controller and dial in the static needed for different grass lengths. I own said controller in my loft lol

Recieved some decals for my Leopard 1a4 builds from Peddinghaus. Can you spot the mistake on left set Jakko?

Not sure that would work Nick. The static grass applicators give you a hell of a belt if you touch both terminals, but a railway controller (I still have my forty odd year old H and M) doesn’t. I really don’t know the difference between them, but I’ve never had a belt from an operating model railway……

This was delivered this afternoon.....................

The box is in a poor condition, a lot of parts off the sprue, the decals look a bit iffy - but all the bits are there! One of those Ebay cheeky bids that actually worked - £10.19 delivered - a result I'd say....................

Remember drooling over these 1/32 Hasa kits in their catalogues, back in the day. Doesnt this have raised panel lines ?

saw this for sale on the spira mirabilis miniatures Facebook page and as they are as rare to get hold of as chicken teeth and cost more 2nd hand than a golden goose, purchased one, though maybe a while to I get my mitts on it.

Not unless you point it out, I think. Markings are not my strong suit :smiling3: Unless you mean it says it’s 1/72 scale?
When i searched on e.bay for 1a4 markings the Peddinghaus ones popped up.When i opened the packet the left set are Leopard 2A4!!!.They arent big so probably 72nd scale. The unit shields look pretty darn small so could be an error.

I don't think it's probably
