The gun is good but the figures are not as portrayed ...Das Werk’s version is a reboxed Dragon kit. No idea how good that is, but both are bound to be better than the old Tamiya one :smiling3:
Jakko,Most of those civilian figures are strangely specific, IMHO. IMHO, these would have been better with some alternative parts for a child in the pram, proper suitcases for the man to carry, etc. Also a less Soviet-style cap for the man, or a common hat as an alternative, would make them much more usable for all around Europe in the late 1930s/early–mid 40s.
"no idea what the guy second from the left is doing!" All wondering what happened to the roll of lino they were carrying....On the Border Models Facebook page - an upcoming new release

That is that well known pre aviation flier and inventor Archibald Archibald the third in his latest time machine (the one that actually worked)...What's that weird looking contraption flying behind that Leopard?
True, it would be nice to have an updated model.Das Werk’s version is a reboxed Dragon kit. No idea how good that is, but both are bound to be better than the old Tamiya one :smiling3:

Jakko,
It's almost like these figures have been sculpted from a specific street photograph - I agree that they should have alternative parts, like headgear, bags etc

I always thought RE stood for Religious Education...From MiniArt - ' new kit coming soon '
The original basic model was a P-47D-25RE - this is a -30RE - what's the difference, apart from the decals? This may be the start of another MiniArt blanket coverage...........
