    Mitsubishi delica space gear

Looking very good and nice colour combination. I had a Spacestar which was the generatiprior to yours. No 4WD but a high roof with a mass I've sliding section - great for game viewing in the Kruger Park.

    Italeri 1/72 Dassault Mirage 2000

That looks so real to my untrained eye, very much looking forward to it's completion.

    1/12 1966 Ford GT 40

Thanks very much, hopefully the clear coat will disguise the defects.

    1/12 1966 Ford GT 40

Well the roof and rear spoiler decals completely disintegrated when being masked up to paint the vents etc. So after whole week of masking, matching colours and more touching up it looks acceptable. So cleaning the spray booth and filters I am prepping for clearcoat. Wheels have received a light...

Steve's 1:48 Revell Apollo 11 "Eagle" lunar lander

Hi Neil, I built this OOB as it was my 4th build since returning to the hobby. As I had no supplies or the skill/ confidence to scratch building the entry/exit hatch was left as supplied.

    Mitsubishi GTO V4

Very nicely done, really like the blue parabolic lens in the front fog light.

    Tamiya GB...Rules and chat thread

Ooh that's rather lovely. There's something brutally elegant about this series of bikes. The one I briefly rode was chassis number 6 IIRC ( the first 2 allegedly went to the Sultan of Brunei ) and the owner went to Kyalami racetrack and got Agostini to sign the tailpiece which I had to clearcoat...

    R33 skyline GtR

That's really strange, never heard of that happening before.

    Nismo R34 GtR

Lovely build. Regarding your window frame painting technique, do you leave the masking on when clearcoating or have the surrounds glossy?

    Airfix 1/24th Messerschmitt Bf109G-5/6 (A17003)

Not an aircraft afficianado but that cockpit is simply stunning. Was very surprised to see there is no padding on the seat?

    Tamiya GB...Rules and chat thread

Hers my offering for the GB, never done a motor bike kit but was extremely lucky to briefly ride the real thing back in 1996.

    1/12 1966 Ford GT 40

Looked at the 2 versions of that - pre coloured or paint yourself. There's a YT video from Metro Hobbies ? in Australia comparing the unpainted and the Trumpeter/ Magnifier/ No name brand. Massive difference in costs (got mine for Approx £76 delivered) and the overall shape seems more accurate...

    1/12 1966 Ford GT 40

Thanks for the kind comments. The battery depicted is a modern racing one which was fitted to the car when it was scanned and not period correct but I quite like the idea of a 6 pack of beer as Ken Miles liked a pint or a tea if history is to be believed.

    1/12 1966 Ford GT 40

Well I am now 266 hours into this build so officially longest build so far. Kit supplied dry transfers for the tyre logos, true to form, were absolute rubbish so AM ones bought. Wet transfers which were extremely delicate but eventually laid down. The blue stripe took ages to do using my wife's...

Airfix 1/72 (old tool) Meteor III.

What a brilliant idea, getting some new rubber on the Stinger soon so will scrounge some old discarded ones.

Looks suitably tuned for some sideways fun.

    Aston Martin Ulster..... matchbox 1/32

Very nice result and the colour choice is perfect. Don't think I could climber out on the passenger side without burning something precious.

Steve's 1:48 Revell Apollo 11 "Eagle" lunar lander

Thank you, lots of masking but fun to do. For the bands I simply used 2 mm Tamiya masking tape wrapped around the appropriate position.

    Toyota supra twin turbo

Front bumper looks to fit well and is very similar to the rest of the styling.
