Need a little help guys, I just made some rope and although not too bad, still not happy I would like a tighter twist, does that mean more weight ? Take 2 more weight less twist of yarns- Bri62

This morning effort....... done the mainmast lower shrouds and finding it easier with my rope due to the fact it stretches and easier to tension them, happy days :)- Bri62

Ok so my wife thinks I'm certifiable and I started the rigging AGAIN this time I'm going to use my own ropes, going to take longer as I have to make the ropes first and that's not easy for me as I'm still a beginner so here goes :) I might be done by Christmas ...........2030!- Bri62

Bit of an update, had a relapse was feeling a little better then oh boy, did it hit me hard spent the next 3 days in bed literally couldn't get up, I think I had a touch of flu and not your typical Man flu ( a cold). Anyway I'm up and around and feeling better than I have since Saturday so...- Bri62

Morning guys feeling a little better this morning and you will probably think I'm a bit mad but I have stripped all the rigging back to the start, I was just not happy with it. So I'm going to have a rest from the sovereign and do something else for a change.......like say make ropes :) so here...- Bri62

Help with rigging
So I needed some help with the rigging on my sovereign of the seas due to god awful instructions :) I managed ti find this book for a very reasonable price and looking through it its money well spent.- Bri62

Cheers Tim, This morning didn't know what to do so started on the foremast shrouds then thought do I remember how to tie ratlines, and the answer was NO took me a while to figure it out! but I got there :) Made a start then sorta gave up today........fresh start tomorrow.- Bri62
