Even if there were (they aren’t) then the live virus would be attenuated to weaken it. The virus would still multiply, albeit slowly, and give a good immune response, but won’t give you a full blown dose of the illness.

Morning guys feeling a little better this morning and you will probably think I'm a bit mad but I have stripped all the rigging back to the start, I was just not happy with it. So I'm going to have a rest from the sovereign and do something else for a change.......like say make ropes :) so here is my first effort making very thin ropes and it's compared to ones I bought from Canada.

My effort at 0.25mm rope, I'm finding it harder to make fine rope.
Mine on the spool bought rope above, I'm very happy with the result :)

The right thing to do if you weren't happy Brian. We can get so engrossed in a build, taking a few days off to have a think and look from afar can be useful. So your cold has a positive (y)

Bit of an update, had a relapse was feeling a little better then oh boy, did it hit me hard spent the next 3 days in bed literally couldn't get up, I think I had a touch of flu and not your typical Man flu ( a cold). Anyway I'm up and around and feeling better than I have since Saturday so back to the Sovereign tomorrow all things being good.

Ok so my wife thinks I'm certifiable and I started the rigging AGAIN this time I'm going to use my own ropes, going to take longer as I have to make the ropes first and that's not easy for me as I'm still a beginner so here goes :) I might be done by Christmas ...........2030!

HI BRI well i had my flu jab two days ago an i feel fine ijust hope int dont hit me like it did you an hope you feel better
