Morning chaps, or should i say afternoon started at 7:45am and just come down at 1:00pm very little to show for 5 hours the gun carriages are a pain to do and fitting the axle to the axel holder is a nightmare. Thankfully there is only 26 to do (ONLY lol) The belaying pins and rack fitted...- Bri62

All dead-eyes and chains done, next is the deck guns and what I think is shot racks. This glue has been great for gluing metal parts together.- Bri62

Morning all, finished the gun doors and moved on to the dead-eye assembly, and found myself with the same problem! they need to be black and the chain link and brackets are coated with something that the bluing liquid doesn't like and won't take so looks like paint is the only way to go, found...- Bri62

Stbd side gun port doors finished and rigged this kit really is testing as nothing really has been thought out to help the builder at every stage things need a work around, I'm still enjoying the challenge. though :D- Bri62

Started the monotonous job of putting the gunport hatches together and shaping the many hinges. and for some reason the eye bolts burnished fine but the hinges wouldn't so looks like the bling will remain, as I don't want to paint them.- Bri62
