    I'm thinking about making two orthree " test boards " to try some different grouting and weathering techniques on some cobbles before commiting on the main diorama itself. Say a three inch by three inch square pad demo board. I wont waste time with it right now until I've completed the diorama...

    I have the storm sewer grates ordered from Diorama Debri and need to do another attempt at the manhole frames and covers. I proceeded with the cobbles and didn't make any allowance to go back to install these items but they can easily be cut in retrospecively. I'll post up with the moulds when...

    Hi scottie, I always rinse my moulds in a washing up liquid and water mix to both clean and break the surface tension of the mould. I have not tried the PVA trick though so maybe add a tad to the mix. Do you dilute the PVA prior to adding ? Cheers Toto
