Airfix 1/72 Hawker Typhoon 1b
Happy with how the seat turned out , finished with Eduard etched belts ( RAF late style) . The fuselage sides have been painted , cockpit green on the lower fuselage , black above the seat level and aluminium for the tubular framework. Yes jim there were some ridiculously small parts , impossible to use . The belts were a bugger too , the lap belts consisted of two parts each , one had to be threaded through the buckle on the other - madness but I somehow managed it- yak face

Beautiful model , great photos too . Dont know much ( anything !) about armour being mainly an aircraft builder but I know a quality build when i see one . Airframe together now and canopy masked and fitted ( well, the front and back sections) The gunsight was fixed before the canopy went on with the reflector lens being replaced with a piece of holographic confetti , as the kit one had a ruddy great seam running down the middle of it . Lots of bits there andy ! The parts count is impressive/ frightening ( delete as appropriate !) especially as the main body is a one piece moulding . Great start on the interior ,I see what you mean about the unnecessary pe , the plaque decals dont really need a pe backer .- yak face

I think I've become a collector
Weve all been there miko ( both the modelling slump and the giddy high of buying something !) as mentioned if its not causing a problem then whats the harm . As for the mojo thing , i’m with paul , get a kit thats going to be an easy quick build and just rattle it off , a perfect example for me... -

As mentioned try a drop or two of flow improver . Like yourself I spray in a cold outside building , heated up with a halogen heater - I dont think this would cause drying in the cup , unless your diesel heater is getting the temperature really high ! Are you putting the lid on the airbrush ...
