Thanks Jim, Since changing to a new vignette, I have made alterations to the mules legs to pose as if to resit moving forward. Also I have added tassels to the front and back of the harness... But. Efore that I also readjusted the hind legs to fit the new vignette. More later... Cheers...- rtfoe

Thanks Jim, I'm starting to get the hang of curing times for MS and when to add folds which is the fun part. Applying putty at the initial stage can be messy. Simple stuff is a good start. Just be aware of measurements and proportions to the anatomy when practising surgery. Exaggeration depends...- rtfoe

Hi All, the two guys on opposite sides of the turret have a bit of putty added to making the tankers jacket. I did a short mix of Magic Sculpt so fell short of the jacket for the second guy and what was left I worked on the collar. I need to add scarf around their necks and maybe add tankers...- rtfoe

I cleaned up the figures by smoothening areas where the folds were too stark for the jacket I was to make. Also the gruesome task of decapitating limbs to fit properly. At present the fellas are in the early pattern uniforms and not in tank outfits. All the harnesses would have gotten caught in...- rtfoe

Hi Guys, the donkey ears have grown a lot these past years and may need cutting back a little. As it is I've made them look like they are flopping with the wind. Also they are kind of thick and will need parring down plus the inside of the ear needs grooving or carving out. Starting to look...- rtfoe

Hi, some last few details on the Bedouin before we move onto the donkey... I've beefed up the dagger with putty and scribbed detail. Needs cleaning up. A Bedouin isn't one unless he carries one of their iconic weapons...the North African or Arabian heavily inlaid Snaphaunce Lock Jezail...- rtfoe

Hi, I have moved on to covering the feet. With the extra putty I made sandal straps and eventually even the soles which I was going to do with plastic strip. They're square at the moment but when cured I will snip them into shape and sand them down. I waited until the putty stiffened a little...- rtfoe

Hi Steve, I don't know what's under my seat but it sure is driving me with some weird mojo. Just a little tease as of what stage I'm at... The figures are just placed flat for now. I crafted the vest in three parts...the right half, back and left half. It is still curing as I type. I teased the front halves as if blown by the wind. Hi, Continuation of the Bedouin...I made some progress with the Bedouin by adding putty to his lower half and roughly shaping it before it cures. I would then add more folds with a burr and powered drill. Obviously needs thinning down... I need to re-direct the folds around this area...- rtfoe
