New Man Cave
I finally got moved into my new house a week ago, which is twice the size of the flat I was in, bedroom I now have a model room! There's a bit to do to get it ready to use, like the rest of the place really, the whole house is full of boxes waiting to be unpacked. All my modelling gear & books... -

Graeme's Airfix Cromwell
Hi Steve, I managed to get the decal something like by splitting it & using white paint to tidy it up. It's now weathered & varnished, so I'm calling it finished. I hadn't really thought about a base, but there are a couple of landing craft in a D-Day set my nephew bought years ago.:thinking...- Graeme C.

A bit more progress, the decals are on, the star on the turret roof is a bit awkward & needs a bit of white paint to make it look right. Next up is a gloss varnish & weathering.- Graeme C.

It's been over a month since I posted any progress on my Cromwell build, all the stuff that goes with moving has rather got in the way. The Tracks & wheels are on, with the base coat SCC15 on, still plenty to do!- Graeme C.

Hi Ian, the cable & the boards look good, scaffold boards aren't much thicker than your boards, so they should be ok. I have this picture, is this what you are looking for? Photo for discussion only.- Graeme C.

A bit more progress, I now have paint, the upper hull & turret have primer, but the lower hull, wheels & tracks have a base coat. A bit more to do before I can assemble them.- Graeme C.

Time for a bit of an update, I've got a little bit done, the Valentine has wheels & tracks on one side, the Challenger is ready for decals. What's on the bench?
Hi all, what are your work in progress builds? Here are mine, first up, a Tamiya Valentine which I'm doing as a British desert version with sand shields. The Airfix DUKW is a 'shelf queen', I started it about 2 years ago, but I started doing a bit more on it in the last couple of weeks.- Graeme C.
