Tad more Finished the fore mast ( right name? ) the radar on top is not great. Started the main mast, not fitting the top section yet, tempting fate! Finished the numerous small assemblies. Got the storage box's from Asda, £1 for 3! They have clip on lids. Getting more. These have the main and batteries, numerous assemblies, all safe! Next prime the bridge to check these horrible seams- BattleshipBob

More plodding. Impressed with the fit and design. A lot of the parts have pegs to locate or recessed. But the worse parts represent the forward boiler room vent housing. Bit more progress, was dreading this, When I saw this page I ordered more tablets and a skip sized swear box. Loads of tiny bollards M11 So how to get them off the sprue, the clean up and fit. Plodding along, looking at the funnels I had a fit! They are plastered in lines like that well known Italian pasta, i can't spell lol. I assume supposedly hand rails, so trying to sort the seams would have put me on a couch having a chat with a person in a shiny white coat and clip board!! But...- BattleshipBob

What do YOU apply filler with,??
Silly question time, StuG"s never needed filler. But Nachi does! So as the title says, what's best to apply filler! I use Deluxe materials and a cocktail stick at the moment, but need to apply it better??- BattleshipBob

Built the hull today and first fit issues. The hull is in two parts and has 7 internal bracing pieces, i fitted them nice and tight otherwise the decks would have large gaps around the edge! After fitting them I noticed that lower hull is not the best fit, so might need a bit of filler. On the...- BattleshipBob

Made a start on that seam, was originally going to leave but it's a bit obvious and nothing covers it! So going to do it small stages, starting at the bottom on starboard So using tape to protect the hand rail Left to dry and made a start on the hull and decks, dry fitted and the fit looks...- BattleshipBob
