Just bought these DSPIAE Tweezers, mine from a three for a fiver Revell set were getting a bit past their best set. Look and feel very good, points meet accurately, maybe the tips can be replaced, not sure though. Might well get the flat and angled versions having seen and tried these ones first -

What aspect of modelling do you enjoy most
I have come to the conclusion that the actual model building is very secondary to the painting and weathering for me. Hard Case for my Eclipse BCS, its original box is rather tatty now. Had to cut out a bit of the foam to accommodate the bottle feed spout Tried my Eclipse CS and a little bit would need to be cut out for the paint cup. Overall i'm pleased with it and can't complain for £12 which included postage. -
Liquid Cement Shelf Life?
Just wondering if liquid cement has a shelf life? Bought some Tamiya Extra Thin in April 2021, wife became poorly and only came back to model making end of last year. Doesn't seem to be as effective as I remember, so wondered if can become stale after the bottle being opened for three years...- LeytonO

Royal Mail
No issues with Royal Mail, our posties are really helpful. Two women, one does the parcels and the other letters plus small packages. Also empty the pillar box opposite and are very good with any prepaid collections. Nevri, now that's a different matter, shower of faeces, this log from the past... -
What material do you cover your bench/desk/worktop with?
A2 cutting mat on a length of worktop screwed from underneath to a desk with drawers. Spray Booth is on top of a tumble dryer in the back room sharing the same outside venting solution. Cleaning airbrush
When i bought a neglected compressor to restore it also came with an equally unloved airbrush. You can see from these photos that even something grim can be returned to a useable condition. I have found a budget Ultrasonic Bath works wonders for thoroughly cleaning airbrush parts. Warm soapy... -
Restoration Projects (Doing up old stuff)
Update as promised now the latest restoration is finished. Cleaned up and airbrushed with Revell Enamel, didn't do any filling, wanted it to still be sort of original. Stencil made from original for the large letters, smaller ones touched up Glass collection jar and handle from the donor grinder...- LeytonO
