Next Build
My intention was to build a 1/350 ship like the Tirpitz as I've always liked building those. Some of the Japanese ships are really nice but too expensive IMO, especially with Tamiya. Mixing Colours

Box of Bits
I'm probably going to answer my own question but even after my first couple of builds I have a small collection of bits left over. Both optional bits and decals. I assume everyone keeps these, just in case and for use in any future builds ? I hate throwing good parts away so I guess I'll keep them.- topgazza

Final Coat of Matt
I've glossed with Pledge and put the decals on. I'm not doing any more weathering so can I just finish off as I usually do with a matt varnish to seal the decals and give me the look I want ?- topgazza

Next Level Up Airbrush Advice
The Fengda 130 I got with the compressor is OK but having played with a Iwata Revolution in a shop it feels more substantial. I also have a bottom feeder Clarke from Alan which works fine. But I do like the gravity fed. But if I am going down that route of an up to £100 airbrush would the Neo... -

Stynylrez Thin or Not To Thin That is the.....
I have a 0.3 needle only at the moment and I gather a little thinning is recommended ? Read various percentages for priming with Stynylrez. 50/50 seems the most common but that seems a bit too thin. But I’d appreciate any advice please -

Slow progress but I'm taking my time as I collect paints etc However I have just done the top and I did get a bit of masked paint coming off just in front of the cockpit. Wonder if thats because I don't usually prime even though I cleaned the plane before spraying ? But otherwise I'm delighted...- topgazza

I have a can of AK matt and gloss varnish but I'm not happy with the spray it puts down even with the so called fine mist cap.
