After the chrome has gone
Mh son bought me a tamiya virago for dads day. I will be stripping all the horrible chrome stuff off as it just looks cheap and nasty. I want to redo those parts. What would be the best product to use so they look like proper chrome. Thanks in advance. Paul- Peej

Ugears wooden model
Back in November my son bought me my 3rd wooden model. This time a ugears motorcycle and sidecar. It took about 4weeks on and off to build. Hopefully been good enough for Santa to bring me some more.- Peej

My son bought me a "ugears" kit for my birthday. This is my third kit if this type. Cracking kits. Push out the parts and press together. A pleasant change from the plastic. -

Bit of a long shot but.....
My son bought me a kit but the instructions are bin what I believe to be Chinese. I should be able to muddle my way through. As any one any experience with Chinese instructions? If so could any please explain what these mean. Many thanks in anticipation. -

Resin advice.....
I have recently acquired a kit with some resin extras. I intend to use them as I have them but I normally build out of the box. I know the dust off resin is a bit nasty. I would like some advice on how to cut/trim/ sand resin without spending on stuff I will probably not use again. Thanks in... -

Masking query.....
I'm building a Dambuster Lancaster at the moment. I need to mask the small windows down the side as I don't think I will have a steady enough hand when it comes to painting around them. I have heard a product mentioned about a liquid mask. Anyone know if this would be suitable and which is the... -

Back at the bench
My modelling mojo went about 4 weeks ago. It seems like it happens to most of us from time to time. Well tonight I returned to the bench and 3 hours just flew by. I have started on my Dambuster Lancaster that my wife got me for Christmas. Really enjoyed being back, just hope my mojo remains. -

British "Wyvern" S.4
From what I can see it entered service in 1953 with 813 squadron. Other wyvern units were 827, 830 & 831. November 1956, 830 & 831 took part in the Suez campaign. Only 830 took part in combat flights, losing 2 aircraft in 79 sorties. 813 was the last squadron to be disbanded in 1958. Hope this...- Peej

British "Wyvern" S.4
Just finished my 1st Trumpeter kit. 1/72 British " Wyvern" S.4. Enjoyable kit to build. Brush painted with acrylics. A couple of decals missing due to crumpling and tearing. Overall went together very well. A smidging of filler in a couple of places.- Peej
