Might not look a lot different but 6 pylons fitted. Most warped so filler needs again. Awaiting delivery of rubbing alcohol to wipe down pre undercoating as it's covered in dirt and grease. So about another 1/4 tube of filler installed in the kit, but on a positive note it's nearing the time of painting when I'm hoping it will transform it. Got some new decals, going to do it in US aggressor scheme one up from the bottom.- Ancientmariner

My brother arrived yesterday with a 1/72 F-4 Phantom which I have to remark I am very envious of how well built it is. After an annoying period getting spares and finding they are wrong I decided to make a start on something anyway. Stripped one of the suspension struts today. Some rust on the stainless section I was pleased came away with use of 800, 1000, 1200 and then 1500 emery cloth and hasn't pitted. £152...- Ancientmariner

So engine is pretty much done, just rebuilding carbs, got spark plugs to go in once delivered and then got to fit clutch and also strip and rebuild the gearbox. Started stripping the forks as well today, going to repaint them and then rebuild them. Also got to get the wheels powder coated once...- Ancientmariner

So arrived back in country and while I was away got this box on eBay, it contains about 16 tanks (M1 Abrams, M60, Bradley, T80, T64 and some BMP 1 30. Couldn't resist at £32 including p and p. Also got a Jet A1 scented candles to add to the ambiance.- Ancientmariner
