    Hi Andy I don't mind the comment , I rushed that part in fact. The troubly was using CA. Should have roughed them up a bit first. Yes the asbestos sheets went well, apart from the size of the wave, should be a lot smaller!

    Well those that steal will be in clover. We've all seen the "porch pirates " on U Tube. I normally follow the delivery, when it's only the home straight and answer the door, other wise it's just left or they go next door.

    Evening all. Changed the aluminium roof sheets, two reasons, first, they were intended to look like aspeastos. Used widely in Ukraine in the 1939 40s . So in the end, I soaked some cardboard with a diluted IPA mix. Soon had the cardboard down to the corrugated pattern. Once dried with the hair...

    Any one who is ex army will remember the gas mask test ! Smell it, well yours is leaking. Mass panic, instructor knocked over as the rush to the door took place.
