Great choice John. Agreed. At the last count I had 13 of their spray guns, plus an Air Gunsa, their Italian made budget line. I may have a problem 🤣

    DaveCov's Pyro 1/16 Harley-Davidson Electra-Glide (M-157-125)

Oh wow, those tyres look troublesome. Nice progress otherwise though.

    Tamiya 1/12 Honda CB750F

Whoop whoop! Thank you John, I did think this would be more suitable for Matron than my last offering 😁

Welcome aboard. Stefan - I needed to make it challenging somehow, otherwise it's an afternoon build 😂

    Andy's '57 Chevy Bel Air

Here is my victim for this GB, Revells very basic 1/25 kit of the iconic 57 Bel Air There's very little inside the box but hopefully a bit of modification and a fancy lick of paint will elevate it. The option of transfers or stickers, although I'll probably use neither. Some lovely red...

    Tamiya 1/12 Honda CB750F

Thank you all for the great comments, they are much appreciated. I don't know why I held off from doing a bike build for so long as they are right up my street.!

    Tamiya 1/12 Honda CB750F

All finished. Not quite as crisp or detailed as the Fireblade I built previously, but given the 40 year age gap, that's hardly a surprise! A nice kit that fits together with the usual Tamiya precision.

    Tamiya 1/12 Honda CB750F

Thanks Jim. I've had a few distractions lately but I'm getting somewhere with this one now. A couple more hours should see it finished.

    BLADES.

I'm in agreement too, something more heavy duty would be better. Either a Stanley as mentioned or an Olfa with snap off blades is always on my bench: Olfa SVR-1 - Stainless Steel Body https://share.google/GgCnNSemVUwvjcbKA Pretty sturdy, and a fresh edge is only moments away by snapping the...

    Weather on your planet

The weather spoiled last weekends plans for me. I'd spent 6 months planning for the national 3 peaks challenge; tackling Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, and Yr Wyddfa (aka Snowdon) in a 24hr period, including over 400 miles of driving in-between them. That meant coordinating days off for myself, my...

Thomas & I are the same John. It's no exaggeration to say that Sertraline has transformed both of our lives

The best of luck to her. Due to my lads autism, his school reckoned he'd never even manage the GCSE syllabus. He's now in the middle of a degree course, wrapping his head around maths, cyber security and cryptography! I'm glad we had some faith in him, even if they didn't 😂

    Porsche 936-78 Turbo "Martini"-Tamiya 1:24

That looks great. Brilliant photography too, an area where I still struggle.

The printer may as well get some use John 🙂 I'm busy with other things and Thomas is a bit burnt out after his exams, so it's getting bored 😂

    BLADES.

As others have said, it depends on what "wood" you are trying to cut. A scalpel won't get you very far on a 4x2 😂 Thin balsa, basswood etc then they would be my choice. This is the link Toto posted, in a different format: https://www.scalemodelshop.co.uk/brands/swann-morton/ My 3 favourites...
