    First side done nipples still loose discovered i can true it up once all the spokes are in an then i will start trimming the excess and setting the nipples to hold it in shape. (Hopefully round) second side 9 left to go will try and get this one laced up tomorrow then start the front :surprised:

    Hi, well started the rear wheel but due to the size of the hole i cut and centre pin diameter I used, I packed it out with 4 packers and wrapped the centre pin to achieve a snug fit not tight same with packers i also Cut and glued some pads on the bottom of the jig hole to lift the rim so it...

    Well i managed to get the Mike Hailwood figure so here he is… no decals supplied with this rather expensive little figure but i managed to make the one for the helmet the rest of the pictures i could find had no sponsorships on the leathers or bike. Just tape on his boots..

    Well peeled of the masking and not to shabby bit of seepage on the joint line but other than that quite happy with the result, decal masks this seepage so i will leave it to night and clear coat tomorrow simon
