    what are you watching ?

Love football, I'll watch some Rugby, cricket - but the Sky commentators are SOOOO dull! Radio is way better, tennis, nah. I also love NFL and Baseball - NFL since it was first on in the 80's? And baseball, after I lived in Boston, it helped that I had two roommates who were big fans and...

    Warhammer 40k Shokkjump Dragsta

I like something different, and I love a sci-fi build because, let's face it, the colour scheme is entirely fictional, so you can do it how you like.

    Sherman M4A1..... Nichimo 1/35

For a 70's kit, that has gone together very nicely. Good work,

    Steven's Eduard 1/48 F6F-3 Hellcat

Looking good there, and it is a shame that Eduard just doesn't like to do in-flight. Maybe they think we all should be admiring the wheel bays :);)

Neils Tamiya 1/72 Republic P47D Thunderbolt ‘Razorback'

I decided to add the stores as well, so now it needs the antenna adding, flat varnish and hope the chief's head has sat down with decal set. And of course, a little bit of touching up. I gave up on some of the really small decals but may give them a go too.

Yes, the decal underneath the tail got messed up, but fixed now.

    FIFA WC 2026

Well, even if they did England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales together (which would open a whole can of worms about a British side) would never get it awarded with Blatter in charge. Infantino is the same - hates the Brits, will never award it here. That said, it would cost a bloody fortune, and...

Neils Tamiya 1/72 Republic P47D Thunderbolt ‘Razorback'

The fun one will be the chief's head. It has two decals: a white one that is just the outline, and a white line that goes around the engine cowling, and then the actual head, which sits on top of and inside the white outline. And I think the red on the nose might be too narrow. Guess I better...

Not very exciting, but I put the gloss varnish on, ready for the decals next weekend.

Papa695s 1/72 Airfix Hawker Typhoon Mk. IB

Very good, the detail is excellent, I keep checking that it really is 1/72 - which is daft, because I know I did the same kit years ago :D

    Its too flipping Hot!

adds a whole new dimension to the carpet monster - especially with any pieces that jump after application of CA.

    Its too flipping Hot!

We're about 15 miles West of you, and just got caught in a thunderstorm walking the dog, it's probably heading your way too

    Cleaning the stash... Sort of

The final twist... My wife said,"I bought myself an extra set of PJ's, so if you want to buy another model, you can". Oops. I had to admit that I already had, she thought I'd only bought one :D "I did buy one, but there was another one stuck to it when it arrived." Strangely, that excuse...

Nick's Airfix 1/72 F14A Tomcat - Geoffers US Icons Group Build

I definitely did this one as a kid in the box art scheme - pretty sure I was quite chuffed with the result at the time, although I suspect not so great in reality. Enjoy your trip.

    Joe's Academy 1/72 F-16C Thunderbirds

Good start, don't envy those decals, but it will look the business when done.
