Ah me too....I shoot airguns, fun plinking, paper targets, Benchrest, etc and have several, so I keep a list of those, what mods they've had, what scopes are on them, scope heights, what pellets they prefer, light, heavy, etc, etc. -

I thought I had the "pink" SAS jeep in my stash, but going thru my spreadsheet earlier today, I realised that I didn't, so what did I come out of my local model shop with today? ;) -

Next build dilemma, which kit to choose?
Just pondering to myself really.... Not really been in this situation before, having finished a few kits recently, I am now trying to decide my next build, but can't bloody make my mind up! I am in the very lucky position of having quite a few kits in my stash, so a nice variety to choose from... -
What on the table to be completed
Those look rather good, wish I had the skills to take summit and completely transform it into something else, not yet, but maybe one day I'll do it. Well, for the first time in ages, I actually have nowt on my bench, currently trying to decide what to build next.....- pjgtech

My first car! Airfix - 1:43 - Aston Martin DB5
Hmmm, realised I had not highlighted the door, bonnet and boot seams/panel lines. This does IMHO take away from the realism....... Unfortunately, the panel lines on this model are very faint, probably not helped by my several coats of hand painted paint. Maybe I should have scribed them deeper...- pjgtech

My first car! Airfix - 1:43 - Aston Martin DB5
Completed, fully varnished and decals added. Bit more shiny now its had a coat of varnish, no so flat. Used the included Humbrol paint on the main bodywork from one of those horrid little tubs, always seemed to congeal, so had to use my leccy paint stirrer everytime I wanted to use it, but...- pjgtech

Really nice model mate, looks great. I used to race in a UK sim racing league (UK GPL) and the tracks and cars we used were from 1967, so very similar to this type of car. I love that era of racing. Been to Goodwood a few times and to hear them roar is something to behold, my fave car related...- pjgtech

AK Real Colours Acrylic markers - any good?
As per title, I've been thinking of trying some acrylic marker pens, the AK Real Colours Special Box (34pens) RCM150 set looks good. Does anyone have any experience of using these at all? (good or bad) Main thing I would like to know is how long do the pens remain active, eg: do they go off...- pjgtech
