Lovely stuff. As to burning fingers, a trick I used when I used to do a lot of soldering, was to wrap my gripping fingers in plaster strapping. Been there, done that 😄. I was a diva on Word though, used it so much I could pretty much do anything on it. With paint, I find it easier to keep colour charts of the ranges I use and just tick the chart when I’ve got the paint. My music collection is listed on a simple spreadsheet...- Tim Marlow

I’ve had this occasionally with Vallejo, mostly from a batch I bought from a couple of years ago. Must admit, I’ve never found a capful of paint in a Vallejo bottle as a result. Model makes.
The 1/48 Spitfire Mk XII I built for a recent group build was superb. The way they solved the old Spitfire open canopy (always ends up far too thick if layered) issue was really clever. Great innovation. .- Tim Marlow

Which airbrush would you buy?
No idea, I think I have some, so will have used it with MLT, but test it first 😄. I do find Mr Color paint needs more thinners to spray well.- Tim Marlow

Which airbrush would you buy?
I’ve only used MLT with Tamiya, Mr Color, and cellulose based paints. It’s not compatible with water based acrylics like Vallejo. If in doubt mix some off the airbrush first….youll soon see if it’s compatible. Big hint, if you make cottage cheese it’s not 😄. I do use Mr Thinners (without the...- Tim Marlow
