Looks great and the carbon fibre panels contrast really well with the body colour.

    1/12 1966 Ford GT 40

Resurrection of an old thread and a build put on the back burner for numerous reasons. After many many hours of drilling, filing, fillng and sanding I eventually got some paint on the chassis/ monocoque. Opened up all 4 vents on the engine cover and the roof vents. Drilled and filed out the rear...

    Ju87 Stuka - Matchbox - 1:72

When ready for primer or colour coat ( unless metallic) or clearcoat I wash in warm soapy water and scrub in the gaps with an old soft toothbrush to remove flatting detritus. When thoroughly dry ( usually overnight in the airing cupboard ) I don a pair of cotton gloves, blow off dust with an...

    Ju87 Stuka - Matchbox - 1:72

Preparation and cleanliness is crucial in getting a great finish and even then a dirt inclusions ALWAYS appears in THE most conspicuous place. Lovely job well executed.

Unfortunately being a lego type kit there are no sprues except for a tiny one the wheels were on which feels like a different plastic. :(

No mention I can see. All the parts are pre coloured and feel slightly more flexible than "normal" kits. Will break it down and look if there's any stamps on the parts.

Just bought this quick build Airfix kit in order to replicate my best friend's 1:1 and this kit is the only close one in 1:24 th. Very well designed brick type kit which took 20 minutes to "build" less the stickers being applied. Rudimentary interior and the real car is Ruby Red Metallic with no...

    1/12 NINJA ZX-RR(PitVersion), by TAMIYA

Welcome to the forum which is a really friendly place. That diorama/ vignette is superb and your attention to detail makes me think you are a bike afficianado. Could you enlighten me as to how you painted the fluid reservoirs to show the contents?

    Need more racing car shelves

Looking very special. Further to my message regarding buying shares in decal softening manufacturers I am going to use the massive profits to buy Ikea shares which will sky rocket very soon. :sneaky::)

Stefees Revell 1/24 Ford Mustang Boss 351- Geoffers American Icons Group Build.

All done and am very happy with the results. 168 hours many of which were spent detailing the engine bay. Excellent kit which I would happily build again. Now photo overload, all c&c's welcome.

Stefees Revell 1/24 '71 Ford Mustang 351 Boss

Finished the Mustang and am very happy with it. This Revell kit is the best one I have built by a country mile - lovely moulding, detail and fit and superb if delicate decals. The only issues I had were with the decals/ painting of the bonnet ( if I had gone with the black striping then it...
