Yep, carefully opening the packaging to release the kit is indeed a treat! Miko (recently I have the habit of not remembering what has just turned up at my home, only remembering once opened, dementia or reckless spending? somewhere between!)- Miko

We sure do have collectors syndrome holding more kits than we would ever build, it just feels good to buy stuff, when it turns up in the post or bring it home from the model shop, this brings about a squirt of endorphins in the brain causing a sense of elation! . . . and then it goes into the...- Miko

This thing goes together super well as Paul suggested! it is a classic, decades old but for me, plenty of detail and sure looks like what it's supposed to be I found that an acrylic paint pen works well for the rubber tyres! So much simpler than using a brush! Miko- Miko

Stashes and insurance.
I never really considered separate insurance for my stash, I best contact Lloyds of London, my stash has a like for like replacement policy to the value of the GDP of a small country!! Ha! Miko (totally invested in this hobby. . . most of the time. . . well, some of the time. . . occasionally!)- Miko

Thanks! Yep, a BAe Hawk T3 isn't beyond the realms of possibility, or a new design from scratch with a shoulder wing which is far more common that the Hawk lower placed wing, Maybe an aerodynamicist will turn up and explain the advantages of both designs Miko (chairodynamicist! Ha!)- Miko
