Latest Acquisitions (2026)
This arrived, was curious if it will reduce the amount of IPA in the air when cleaning my airbush (currently I use a large bucket) -

Thanks guys - means a lot 🙏 A few more things done, first masked and glued in the rear-windows, The tail-wheel on the Hellcat was retractable, so I had to do some cutting for in-flight-mode. Steven's Eduard 1/48 F6F-3 Hellcat
Thank you all for the kind words guys 🙏 This one I printed myself using a digital file (link) I bought for a previous P47 project. Before I had a 3d printer I used resin figures from 'PJ productions', and Aerobonus has some nice figures too (link mig 19 pilot, link mig 21 pilot) cheers- Steven000

Thanks 🙏 Still working a bit on this one 🔨 Test-fit of the resin pilot - I had to remove the foot pedals but further it looks ok, Black primer, when spraying I noticed I forgot the door-hatch, so quickly had to glue it in and continued spraying, Next I added an olive drab primer as some...- Steven000

Thanks guys, Some progress, first added a black primer (vallejo), Next an olive drab primer (vallejo) and a green interior color (mix), The pilot and cockpit are painted - I painted the instrument gauges to save some time, Dry fit with the pilot, his left arm is a bit tricky as it sticks...- Steven000

Hi, can't help you much regarding those printers, but mainly an FDM printer (like above) is ideal for house and mechanical objects, also beginner friendly - but the finish is quite rough for scalemodels.
