    Nice progress nick , cockpit looks really good for its age , usually in the seventies all you got was a L shaped bit of plastic to perch the pilot on . Once Maverick and Goose are in there it should fill up nicely , cheers tony

    Great progress chris , shes a big old bird isnt she ? The massive one piece moulding of the wing top is prone to a bit of warping but you look to have sorted it no problem .

    The one saving grace with this kit is that the real aircraft was pretty much devoid of panel lines , being mostly plywood covered , so the few that were there and been sanded off dont matter :LOL:

    Thats fantastic steve , any scratchbuilt stuff is worthy of praise however small but to scratch an entire aircraft , and a complicated biplane at that is a true wonder . Looks great on the base too . Never heard of the Aldershot till now , fascinating stuff , I bet it didnt have a huge top...

    Love this peter , like the diddy sherman its a great little diversion between builds . It looks very nicely done for something so tiny , dont forget to drill out the gun barrels for a more authentic look ;) 😆
