Hi all

So something a bit different.....

So, I run a scale modelling group at the church I attend (have been for about 4 years) and normally we meet twice a month, on Monday evenings, but the first weekend of June we booked a room and had an all day session...starting at 9 and finishing just after 5.

My victim for the day was my work Secret Santa present from last Christmas......a wooden Tower Bridge.

Destructions and fit were excellent - fit almost too good at times - and all it needed was a bit of superglue. Over 100 pieces and a surprising amount of detail.

I managed to get it done in the day....just.....as the group had to tidy up around me whilst I finished!!! 🤣

Oh and the Duxford B17G did a fly past especially for us...sadly didn't get a photo.

ACW as usual.

ATB

I did that one a while ago, and I agree it's a great kit. I didn't need any glue. I fancy getting their "Big Ben" sometime. I wish they'd give it its proper name though.

Nice one andrew , im surprised how small it actually is , its very intricate . It must have been tiring though , all day building , you look a bit black under the eyes ;)

That made me laugh....black under the eyes!!! 😂

It was surprisingly intricate and some of the other '3D puzzles' as they call them, look really good.

Thanks as always for the support.
