    A Christmas pressie from my daughter. Great fun and takes far longer to build than you would think. Really well thought out. Only a couple of issues. The front roof section was badly warped and had to be replaced. The perspex case was the wrong size and the front, back and sides had to be cut down.

    An update on my wife and my lack of posting since today.

    So sorry to hear that things have got to this stage. Hopefully the expertise of the care home staff will make things better for you both. Fully understand that many other things take precidence over the hobby and the forum. Come back when you're able and look after yourself.

    Looks a very well detailed sculpt. Luckily it looks like the monkey is a totally separate moulding. The detail on the shirt shoulder is unaffected.

    That is a real treat for the eyes. Great paint job, the pre-shade has worked very well. Strange looking towing bar, not seen that before.
