Some while ago there was a thread entitled "whats in the box". It would seem that I was the first correct answer. Tony decided to punish, ops I mean reward me with a little prise.

Tamiya Me262a and 163b in 1/100 scale.

Now the last plane I did was a 1/48 Phantom, and before that a 1/48 Bucc! shale we just say they where a challenge! Great fun and I did actually enjoy the challenge of painting them. The 163 did prove to be just a bit smaller than my airbrushing tallents, so the mottle ended up being brush painted. I did give it three attempts but fluffed it every time right at the end!!!!

With out further ado and with a great big thank you to Tony (msm2):

Andy

I think they are just beautiful little models Ian,the standard of the mouldings is just amazing, quite a fleet that you have there.

Barry.

Amazing job Ian, I couldn't get anywhere near that nowadays, I struggle with 1/72nd scale, never mind 1/100!!

They certainly look good for the size.
