Just put all the parts together and it had this giant gab at the back of the warp nacelle. I couldn't test fit it because it would become stuck.
What do you guys think of this?

Is this already glued together? If so, then I suppose your only options are to either leave it like this, or use putty to close the gap, which you’ll need to scrape and/or sand down carefully. If it’s not glued yet, you could put plastic strip around the part to get rid of the gap.
