Hi Lee
After 3 years it deserve to be finished. Looking good for a golden oldie that wasn't state of the art when released

Jim. Thanks Yes it needs to be finished and some justice. She’s pretty basic but I love building these guys and take them a little farther with the items we now have at our disposal. I knew the decals were very bad so I cut the instrument panel out and glue into place and hand painted around it I might try to put some Krystal Klear on it but I will test it first. Thanks for stopping by and your more than welcome to follow

Fernando. Glad you like it means a lot thanks for the complement these were the best of the best in the 60s

Worked a little bit on the bird tonight. Painted the engine and gave it a light weathering. Also painted the wheels and prop and install them now off to the cockpit E7AA5279-6E6D-425D-BCBE-269EDA855260.jpeg2D9BF357-A300-45D8-AA69-E277B65BE7A3.jpeg39F2A71A-8762-407E-AE19-8C01345A36FC.jpegCF11A153-C1F2-49B2-BA91-00295980C642.jpegD0F592E7-AD9E-421B-955A-DE5DE9F8078D.jpeg

Nice one Lee, I always liked the "Flying Brick". Best Ground Attack Bird of WW2 IMHO! Rick H.

Hi Lee
This is looking far better than it should. You're doing a great job and the new decals will bring it to life.

Rick. Thanks for the stopping by. They where one of the best in Europe in my book. It wasn’t no Spit. or Mustang but it was a great work horse. Still one of my favorite aircraft

Jim. Thanks for the complement I know these are old but still a lot of fun to build there’s so much hidden beautify in these old kits that modelers overlook. It’s a 51yr old kit and the detail is far a head of its time. I’m glad you think it’s worth building you are among the few anymore.

SWR. I’m going to give it a shot when I’m well rested so I can have lots of patience

Looking very good. Built one back in the day in camo. One of my favs. PaulE
